So far so good. I stocked up on lots of fruits and veggies last night. This morning I made a zucchini tomato basil and garlic salad and ate a banana with some almonds. I seriously think I could get used to this, minus the strawberry cake that is in our fridge from a party yesterday... it keeps calling my name. But, I will survive. I wish there was a way to gauge how many toxins are leaving my body... if anyone reads this that knows, feel free to tell me.
I am already excited for lunch. I am making spicy tomato/avacado lettuce wraps! The turkey that you see in this picture will be replaced by black beans and corn... WOOOOO!
